Samples are collected in Breeze Spore Traps which is the world's most efficient and effective indoor air quality cassette using the Zefron Z Lite device and sent to PriorityLab for testing.
Private Well Testing
A well flow (gallons per minute) and pressure (pounds per square inch) test measures the water flow rate and pressure, well performance, potential issues with the well itself, the pump, and other components.
Septic Testing
Includes verifying the location and accessibility of the septic tank and drainfield, dye testing for proper flow, checking for system failure, leaks, measuring the levels of the contents, and assessing the condition of components.
Surface Mold Testing
Visible mold samples will be collected using testing swabs and sent to PriorityLab. The samples will be analyzed and an analysis report will be emailed to the client.
